Question by silkcarrot: I need a good grocery store prepacked foods diet to follow?
I am a lover of prepacked foods. Why, because they are quick and easy. I can stuff them in my purse and go. I am a single mom to a 6 year old and we are always on the go. What would be a good 1500 calorie diet plan that is all prepacked diet foods from the grocery store? Any advice will be helpful to me.

Fruits and veggies. You can pop an apple or banana in your purse pretty easily and be off.

    Dried fruit! They come in these handy little packages and taste GREAT. Or nuts and seeds as well.
